Quotation

Advice and support starting from the blueprint

The first step in the process

Obtaining a blueprint of the requested part prepared by an engineer. The blueprint should include basic data such as: the dimensions of the part, the type of material, whether a coating is needed, whether marking is required, whether the parts need to be assembled and what is the required delivery time.

The second stage of the process

The data is reviewed by professionals, and after including all the parameters, the cost of the work can be estimated and a quote submitted that also includes the delivery time.

The quotation is based on a number of data that are examined very carefully:

 Cost of raw material.

 Production time required.

Cost of working hours.

Required finishing types.

Need for subcontractors.

Delivery requirements.

We see great importance in flexibility in relation to the customer's schedules. If necessary, employee shifts will be increased in order to meet all the constraints.

Each stage of the work undergoes a rigorous inspection, not progressing to the next stage without the approval of the quality department, until the final part is produced.

We have manufacture and processing capabilities for all types of raw materials that can be processed in the machining industry:

Aluminum, brass, stainless steel, Teflon, Delrin (POM), PVC, Plexiglas, Peek, Medical Peek and more.

Subcontractors - our company maintains long-term working relationships with the best subcontractors in Israel and abroad in the fields of supply of raw materials, execution of sub-processes and finishes. Over the years, close working relationships have been forged with the best professionals. Even when a product leaves the factory, we maintain iron rules of careful delivery of products and adherence to the schedules by which we are committed to the customer.
